Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began participating in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. They placed her third at the contest. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and returned with a sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by the result. This is not a surprise since she did so well considering the competition. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel likes to focus on her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving on to work out sets. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
